Offline/Online Admission Procedure





Montessori section
Eligibility criteria for all the admissions for Montessori section is on basis of the age of the students as on 31st Dec every year
Age required for Montessori classes

Admissions starts in the month of February every year.
All the rules and regulations for admission are laid down by the management taking into consideration all the guidelines provided by concerned education department.
Admissions are provided on first come first serve basis, age criteria and availability of seats.
The information forms and application forms are filled by parents. Short listed student’s names are displayed and they are called to complete the formalities of the admission.
Secondary section
Admissions for English and Semi – English (Hindi) medium for Std V to Std X are done as per the guidelines provided by Education department as well as depending upon the availability of the seats, first come first serve basis and age of the students.
Primary section
Students of Senior Kg are directly promoted and admitted in Std I by fulfilling the formalities.
Students completing minimum age of 6 years & Maximum age of 7 Years 05 Months 30 Days as on 31st December 2022, are eligible for securing admission in Std I.
New admissions for Std I are done depending upon the availability of the seats and first come first serve basis.
Admissions for Std 2 to Std 4 are done as per the guidelines provided by the Education department and depending upon the availability of seats, first come first serve basis and age of the students.
Junior College section
Admissions in Junior college section for Std XI and XII are done as per the directives and time to time guidelines provided by Education department and availability of the seats.
As a minority institute, first preference is given to students of Sikh or Punjabi speaking community.
We offer two streams for admissions:
1. Commerce
2. Science
Allotment of seats as per various directives given by the Education Department and eligibility for various quotas.
In house Quota
10% of intake capacity in each stream Students of Guru Nanak English High School & Jr. College, Bhandup, Mumbai -78, only can apply.
Students belonging to other categories like caste, sports, handicap, freedom fighter, orphan etc can apply to secure admission as per the guidelines provided by centralized online admission committee.
Students should confirm the admission within the time limit provided for respective round.
All the students securing admission in our institute should be ready with all the necessary documents at the time of uploading the required documents as per the instructions in the online form filled through our website and also during admission confirmation.
Online admissions confirmed through website form will be provisional. It will be confirmed only when the students submit the documents, in the institute as per the schedule given.
Minority Quota
50 % of intake capacity in each stream.
Management Quota.
5% of intake capacity in each stream.
Admission stands cancelled
1. Incomplete or invalid information in the form.
2. Fails to upload the relevant documents.
3. Fails to revert back in the given time limit of respective round.
4. Student fails to do the online payment.
